Project: Transform the partition wall to an automatic door
Step 1: Demolish the wall according to confirmed door size and drawings. (Remark: if there is a doorway, as seen above, please start from step 2.)
Step 2: Firm the girder which carry the operator glass weight to the wall.
Step 3: Mount the track profile to the girder
Step 4: Fix glass panels tightly with glass clamp in case glass falling off.
5. Mount glass panels to the track and fasten them to carriers.
Step 6: Assemble ES200 operator to the track.
Step 7: Add cover to the operator
If it is stainless steel cover, fix it by welding.
If it is aluminum cover, fix it with adhesive tape.
Step 8. Adjust the automatic door after finished installation.
Step 9. Assemble microwave sensor
Step 10. Start “self-learning cycle”.
